- Some researchers have found that hotels with shuttle service or those near a bus line have been very useful for getting to UNM without the cost and difficulties of UNM parking. Some hotels have UNM rates. Hotels and other accommodations in the UNM, downtown, and Old Town areas are generally near a variety of restaurants and attractions. The choices in the Airport and Menaul Avenue motel areas are limited.
