Investing in your University Libraries (UL) is the best way for you to support the most important tool on campus for student success. The vast resources of the University Libraries, many of which are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week are freely available to every UNM student..

University Libraries is ranked in the elite group of the Association of Research Libraries (ARL). Students, scholars, researchers, the film industry, the business community and the general public all have access to and use our resources on a daily basis. Our holdings range from traditional print collections to rapidly expanding inventories of digital resources.

Gifts to the UL help support the purchase of books and other resourecs to support UNM research and scholarship needs. Not only do students benefit but high-quality library research collections remain critical to the recruitment and retention of faculty and graduate students.

If you wish your gift to the University Libraries to be counted in the current tax year:

• Be sure that the envelope is postmarked by December 31st of the current year.
  
• Donations by credit card should be mailed no later than December 15th.
  
• UNM is generally closed between Christmas Eve and New Year's Day so donations need to arrive in time to be processed before we close for the holiday.
