In the 1980s
the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) compiled an Administrative
Record File in response to proposed remedial actions for the
Superfund sites in Albuquerque's South Valley. The superfund
site included Atchison, Topeka, and Santa Fe (AT&SF); Edmunds
Street Site; Former Air Force Plant 83/General Electric Operable
Unit; and San Jose 6. Materials in the Administrative Record
File date from 1963 - approximately 1989, with the majority of
materials from 1980-1988. Two five-year update documents have
been received by the library since the Administrative Record
File was finalized. An update to the Record of Decision is available
