LAPTOC (Latin American Periodicals Tables of Contents)
A “searchable Web database that provides access to the tables of contents of more than 700 journals published in Latin America” provided by the Association of Research Libraries, Latin Americanist Research Resources Project.

Brazilian Government Document Digitization Project
Prepared by the Latin American Microfilm Project at the Center for Research Libraries, the project provides Internet access to digitized “executive branch serial documents issued by Brazil's national government during the period between 1821 and 1993, and by its provincial governments from the earliest available for each province to the end of the Empire to 1889.”
The documents consist of the following:
Provincial Presidential Reports (1830-1930)
National Presidential Messages (1889-1993)
Ministerial Reports (1821-1960)
Almanak Laemmert (1844-1889) – an annual publication that reported on the Brazilian Royal Court.

HAPI (Hispanic American Periodicals Index) - UNM Only
Indexes major journals from and about Latin America.

HLAS Online (Handbook of Latin American Studies, Hispanic Division of the Library of Congress)
Indexes books and articles; most entries annotated.

Latin American & Caribbean Government Documents Project Cornell University
