Information for Exhibitors (Spanish version)

You are cordially invited to exhibit books, periodicals, microforms, audiovisual materials, database services, or other library resources at SALALM 52 sponsored by The University of New Mexico and New Mexico State University Libraries.  The exhibits, a major feature of the meeting, will be located at the Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town, where SALALM participants will attend meetings.

Book dealers and publishers are welcome to become members of SALALM and/or to register for the Seminar as participants in addition to exhibiting their materials.  Conference registration forms and all fees must be received no later than April 1, 2007.

Exhibits open at 10:30 AM on Sunday, April 29 and close at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, May 1. Exhibitors are responsible for setting up their displays at the beginning of the exhibits and dismantling them at closing.  Basic exhibit space will be six-foot tables with chairs.  Exhibitors may use their own trade show booths and signage, but the space used must be equal to the size of a full or half table. 

There is an extra charge of $100.00 per day for a DSL Internet connection in the exhibit hall, available Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Wireless connectivity is available at no charge in the guest rooms and in the main hotel lobby. Electrical outlets are provided in the exhibit hall.

Exhibitors may co-sponsor the Book Dealers’ Reception by contributing the fee listed on the Exhibitor’s Registration Form.  Sponsors will be acknowledged in the conference program.
