INLP is a service provided by the University Libraries at UNM.
Our aim is to serve the information needs of UNM-based American Indian communities and programs as well as outreach to New Mexico tribes.
Our goals are to recruit, retain, and ensure academic success of American Indian students and to foster research on and about the state's rich Native American history and resources.
UNM student needs determine INLP services, especially in the provision of print and electronic resources to support the Bachelors of Arts in Native American Studies and other UNM departments with American Indian curricula.
INLP also provides out-of-classroom learning opportunities through our free lecture series.
