Rik and Joanne are responsible for following up on outstanding order requests by claiming titles and late serial issues. Problem solving, database cleanup, annotating orders with supplier status reports, canceling orders and processing prepayments are duties also performed.

Benchmarks:

• Serials claims processes 1 or 2 times per week
• Monographic claims processes 1 time per week
• Serials purging project (in February) 1 time per year
• Cancellations 5 working days
• Vendor changes 5 working days
• Vendor reports 1 time per week
• Prepays 1 working day
• Rush monographs 1 time per month
• Regular monographs 2 times per month
