Paging Basement Materials at Zimmerman Library

The Zimmerman Basement is closed to the public as the result of the April 30, 2006 fire. Circulating basement materials may be paged by library staff. Paging availability for circulating material is indicated by “Zim - Click to Page”. Closed access non-circulating materials can be accessed through the Reference Desk. Materials will be used in the CSWR Anderson Reading Room in accordance with Anderson Reading Room use policies and procedures.

The following chart indicates the availability and paging options for basement materials:

Please use this form to request circulating basement items that may be paged: (one item* per form, please)

• Fill in your personal information.
• Copy the book information from the LIBROS record into the form below.
• Send form.
• *If you want to request more than one item, use your browser's back button to return to the filled out form after receiving the message "Your request has been sent...". Your personal information should still be there and you can overwrite the item information with your next item.
• Requests are filled in the order received.
  If the material is not found, requestor will be referred to ILL as soon as is possible.
• You will be notified by email when your item is available for pickup at the Zimmerman Circulation Desk. (Check hours.)
